DURING their final week at school the Year 12 cohort from Coolum State High School put on a Gratitude Morning Tea to celebrate their teachers and thank them for the care and commitment they have shown to them throughout their school years.
Students prepared speeches and gave a heartfelt thank you to their school community to say ‘thank you’ to the people who have given so much time and have been a major part of their success.
Every teacher received a round of applause as they entered the room and there was a wonderful sense of appreciation between staff and students.
The students will be formally celebrated at their cap and gown Graduation Ceremony which will be held at Novotel, Twin Waters on Thursday, November 17. Be sure to get the next edition of the Advertiser with a full wrap of the celebratory event.
