THE Yandina Branch of the Queensland Country Women’s Association are cordially inviting the community to join them at their High Tea to celebrate International Women’s Day this Friday March 12 at the QCWA Hall, 11 Stevens Street, Yandina. This year there will be two sittings so that this can be a COVID safe event with Sitting 1 from 10 – 11.30 am and Sitting 2 taking place from 12.30 pm to 2.00 pm. Numbers will be limited to 30 per sitting and there will be a seating chart for each. There will be lucky door prizes and a raffle as well as QCWA displays and a talk by the Branch President.
Come along and enjoy delicious food prepared by the QCWA ladies, and lovely company as International Women’s Day is celebrated. Cost is $20 per person and all tickets are to be pre-purchased by contacting the Branch President, Maureen on 04 7865 9639 or email qcwayandina@gmail.com. Funds raised will support the community including those impacted by domestic violence. Please note, numbers are limited so get in early.
