Walking Photography Tours
ARE YOU looking for the perfect way to get outside and learn how to take better landscape photographs with either your smartphone or digital camera? Local photographer Kerry Mulgrew who goes by the business name ‘Kezign’ now offers ‘Walking Photography’ classes.
The unique and informative classes literally use our beautiful and magnificent natural environment as muse during the hands-on tours.
Kerry is a master photographer with a keen eye for photography and during the classes, participants will learn Kerry’s tips on how to capture the perfect natural landscape shot.
The tours will run for three hours from 8.30 – 11.30am until October and over the summer months until March, the classes will be held from 7.30 – 10.30am and will be held at Coolum Beach on Tuesdays and Saturdays and at Mooloolaba on Wednesdays.
Learn to implement the key rules of visual language and key photography tips, in Kerry’s three-hour tour, all whilst enjoying the natural beauty of Coolum Beach and First, Second, and Third Bays or from Mooloolaba to Alexandra Headland.
The tour aims to enrich the photography experience for all users – smartphones and digital cameras alike. The tour aims to enable participants to take the learned skills home and to implement these skills in their daily life.
The tour is suitable for beginners who wish to improve their photography skills and DSLR users who’d like to strengthen their composition skills and bring more of a narrative into their photography while learning to get the most out of their camera.
The walking photography tours are suitable for all levels of photographers and the main skill needed is a love for nature and learning!
